01 · What it keeps

One book for the whole house.

Four kinds of entries, one archive, one search. Belongings, payments and upkeep are different pages of the same ledger, not separate apps.

Documents

Receipts, bills, warranties, deeds and manuals. Originals are kept untouched and stored by their fingerprint, so a file can never be quietly replaced. Full-text search across every page.

Belongings

Each item with its photo, nameplate, receipt and place in the house. Serial numbers and warranty dates are filled in from the paperwork, then confirmed by you.

Payments

A bill, a payment and the proof of payment are three different things, and the ledger keeps all three. Totals by month, supplier and category, without a bank connection.

Upkeep

Service plans for the boiler, the car and the air conditioner. A done mark today, a reminder when the next one is due, and the invoice filed next to it.

02 · How it works

The phone is the camera. The node does the reading.

  1. Photograph

    Open the node in your phone's browser and take the picture. Several pages at once, straight from the camera, no app to install.

  2. The node reads

    Pages are recognised and sorted: receipt, invoice, warranty, manual. The work runs on your own machine with a local model.

  3. Every value shows its source

    Each extracted amount, date and serial number points at the fragment of the page it came from. Unknown stays unknown. Nothing is guessed.

  4. You confirm what matters

    Amounts, due dates, serial numbers and purchase dates always wait for a human. The rest is a draft you can correct in a tap.

  5. Found later, in plain words

    Search for "municipal tax, second quarter 2025" and get the bill, the payment and the proof, together.

03 · Privacy

Your house, your data.

There is no account with us and no server of ours in between. Domeniq is software you run, not a service you rent.

The node is yours
A Windows service with a tray icon, or a Docker container on a NAS or a mini PC. Your family's phones and laptops talk to it over your own Wi-Fi.
Sealed at rest
Files are encrypted with a household key created on install. A backup on an external drive, or in someone else's cloud, is just noise to anyone but you.
Local by default
Reading and extraction run on your own hardware. If a page needs a cloud model, the node asks for permission for that one document and writes the consent down.
Leave whenever you like
Export everything as plain files in folders plus JSON and CSV. An encrypted backup restores onto a new node with your recovery phrase.
Three alphabets, one page
Hebrew, English and Russian bills, often on the same sheet, are the expected case, not an edge case.
A record of every change
Who changed what, from which device, and who allowed what. The ledger keeps its own margin notes.
